Do I need slippers for my stay at the Spa Resort?
Yes, bathing shoes are compulsory in the Seven Worlds.
Forgotten your slippers? No problem! You can buy bathing shoes and other items for a pleasant stay in the Seven Worlds on site.
I can't make it to my treatment on time, what happens now?
Delays shorten your treatment time and end at the scheduled time so that the next guest does not have to wait. However, the full price will be charged.
I need to cancel my application at short notice. Is that possible?
You can cancel your treatment free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of treatment, after which we will charge a cancellation fee of 80%.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Dogs are generally allowed. However, it is not possible to visit our restaurants and spa resort with a dog. We charge a surcharge of €20.00 per night for dogs.
Do I have to book my admission in advance?
No, you don't necessarily have to. However, we recommend booking in advance, as otherwise there may be waiting times on site. You can also find out the exact capacity utilisation on our homepage.
Has the water temperature been changed in recent months?
No, we have not made any changes to the temperature. The water temperature in our main pool in ‘Asia’, for example, is 32 degrees Celsius.
Can I bring my own food/drinks?
Please do not bring any drinks in glass bottles and refrain from bringing your own food.
Consumption is not permitted. You will find restaurants and bistros in the Seven Worlds.
